Introduction
FireFactu is a SaaS (Software as a Service) service for generating and managing electronic invoices in compliance with Spanish tax regulations. By using FireFactu, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Registration and Account
2.1. To use FireFactu, the user must register by providing truthful and up-to-date information.
2.2. The security of access credentials is the sole responsibility of the user.
2.3. FireFactu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Use of the Service
3.1. FireFactu may only be used to generate invoices and related documents within the legal framework in force in Spain.
3.2. Use of the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities is prohibited.
3.3. FireFactu is not responsible for the validity of the information entered by users on invoices.

Rates and Payments
4.1. FireFactu offers subscription plans with monthly or annual fees .
4.2. Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable.
4.3. Non-payment of a subscription may result in suspension of the service.

Support and Maintenance
5.1. FireFactu will provide technical support via email during business hours.
5.2. Service updates and maintenance may be performed without prior notice, always seeking to minimize interruptions.

Liability and Limitations
6.1. FireFactu does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the service.
6.2. FireFactu shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use of the service.

Data Protection
7.1. FireFactu complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish legislation.
7.2. User data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Modifications and Termination
8.1. FireFactu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
8.2. The user may cancel their subscription at any time without the right to a refund.
8.3. FireFactu may terminate access to the service if you fail to comply with these terms.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
9.2. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the corresponding jurisdiction in Spain.
